We, FUJI KOKI CO.,LTD.was established in March 1963 and have been always grappling with settling environmental pollution problems for forty five years by means of our most advanced technology. Centering around Research Laboratory of our Technology Div. established in March 1997, our organization has been divided into four divisions. Each division performs study and examination to proceed evey work to establish our organization for production system economized and reliable products so as to supply our machines with lower price and shorter delivery time as much as possible to our customers.
It must be the most important in production process to establish synthetic engineering ability by concentrating technical performance of each designing and production engineers and by combining both through the team working. We have been doing our best effort to the technology and perfecting our production facilities such as the most advanced laser fabrication equipment and other devices operated by computer and are now putting high quality products on the market which are being manufactured through our original technique by using these production machines and facilities. At present, various kinds of projects for dust collection, powder treatment, chemical treatment and water treatment are proceeding simultaneously at our main factory of the headquarters, 2nd factory, stainless steel works and large scaled manufacturing works and, in some case, such projet may be completed by means of forming a new organization under mutual cooperation between quite differnt divisions.

DlOXlN that is being generated when in dustrrial waste is burnt out and the strongest harmful materlal in the human history! Dioxin is to be the material that might unfavorable affect the human body and environment bringing the most important social problem. FUJl KOKl CO.,TD.have succeeded in developing and producing facilities for supporting the newest technology "Ash Melting" necessary for preventing Dioxin generation and reducing it. In particular, our facilities are highly evaluated by our customers because of its reliable technical ability and function of 24hours continuous operation with ash melting at ultrahigh temperature of 1300‐1400℃.

Removal Function of Harmful Component

・In the system using a bag filter smoke (<0.01g/N㎥),acid gas (>98%)and heavy metal (>90%) can be removed effectively and dioxin could be also taken out with high efficiency.
・Even when inlet concentration considerably varies, almost constant concentration could be obtained at the outlet.
